Do you paint older homes in neighborhoods like College Park and Delaney Park?
Yes. Older homes usually need more prep — scraping, sanding, and sealing gaps — before paint goes on, and we build that into the estimate. If your home was built before 1978, mention it when you request your estimate so we can plan the right prep.
